Pour qu’il y ait une prospérité prononcée et avérée de la planète et de son système écosystémique, le dialogue interculturel est incontournable. Les peuples d’horizons divers qui se sont donné rendez-vous en Arabie Saoudite l’ont si bien compris qu’ils ne ménagent aucun effort pour aller à la rencontre des autres. Dans une approche conviviale et pleine d’humanité tous sont portés à dialoguer ; l’on s’improvise à nouer le contact. Saoudiens, Camerounais, Iraniens, Ivoiriens, Tanzaniens, Béninois et autres se jettent dans les bras les uns des autres. Quel moment passionnant. Quel en est la cause ? La cause est celle qui nous réunit ici : Combattre la désertification, la sécheresse, la dégradation des terres et les changements climatiques.

Nous au RAEDD apportons notre appui à toutes les initiatives des autres en vue de sonner l’alerte sur la situation de notre planète qui se meurt à nos yeux, nous avec, puisque nous sommes lis à notre planète qui est notre mère nourricière à tous.

Les réflexions sont menées à différents niveaux pour chercher des solutions de résilience face à la désertification, la sécheresse et la dégradation des terres. Les Chefs d’Etat, les scientifiques, les chercheurs, les universitaires, les enseignants, les groupes associatifs, etc. C’est vraiment un moment émouvant pour le RAEDD qui se meut sur tous les fronts pour apporter sa contribution à la réussite du grand rendez-vous du donner et du recevoir. Pourquoi ? Parce que le Cameroun est battu de plein fouet par les changements climatiques, la sécheresse, la désertification et la dégradation des terres. Le Nord-Cameroun est particulièrement touché. Je vous reviens bientôt./
